Model and limits
Interest and payments use equal model periods with independently chosen frequencies. The equivalent payment-period rate is (1 + j/c)^(c/p) − 1. No calendar accrual, daily compounding or specific national bank convention is assumed.
Fixed nominal rates, USD and end-of-period payments. No dates, daily interest, fees, taxes, escrow, penalties or legal APR. Money is rounded half-up to cents; table, graph and files use the same cashflow.
These are model estimates. A lender’s actual conventions can differ.
